Von Arosa nach Innerarosa, an der Kirche vorbei zur Tschuggenhütte und zur Mittelstation der Bergbahn, Abstecher Strasse bergab, nach links biegt Weg zur Ochsenalp ab, wieder zurück zur Mittelstation und kurzer Aufstieg zur Carmennahütte, danach Abfahrt nach Innerarosa. Beim Aufstieg kann man sich auch etwas links halten und Trage/Schiebpassage sparen..
