Von Schmalnau über das Gichenbachtal nach Gersfeld/Rommers. Weiter über die Schwedenschanze zum Arnsberg. Über Richtung Bischofsheim bis etwa zum Gasthaus Roth. Von dort den kurzen Wanderweg zur Gemündner Hütte. Anschließend über dem Arnsberg und den Hess. Fernradweg R1 zurück nach Schmalnau. Zum Abschluß noch ein paar Höhenmeter -- fertig, geschafft....
