Von Gallneukirchen auf der Straße richtung Almesberg, ab dann auf Waldwegen über Luegstetten durch das Gusental durch Trosselsdorf hindurch. Weiter über einen kurzen aber steilen Anstieg richtung Baumgarten, dort durch den Ort durch und danach ein weiterer knackiger Anstieg in "Lamm". Die Abfahrt zurück nach Gallneukirchen ist großteils über die Straße oder Feldwege.
Eine landschaftlich sehr schöne Tour mit allem was das Mühlviertel zu bieten hat: Ein Höhenprofil wie eine Sinuskurve ;-)
