Die Tour startet in Hagen und führt über Haßlinghausen ins nördliche Wuppertal. Es geht rauf und runter. Nach der Wuppertaler Golfanlage geht es in einem großem Bogen Richtung Velbert-Neviges. Dann über landschaftlich schöne Strassen Richtung Velbert. Ab Velbert folgen wir das Wodantal Richtung Berger Hof, wo eine Ausgiebige Rast Pflicht ist. Nach der Stärkung gehts wieder Richtung Sprockhövel über Haßlinghausen und dann Heimwärts. Teils schöne Strassen. Die Abfahrt nach Wuppertal Uellendahl hat eine schlechte Fahrbahndecke, besser langsam fahren.
