Laufstrecke beginnend am Fahradweg direkt am Main unterhalb des Schlosses von Aschaffenburg.
Ein Stück entlang am Main, bevor es dann zum Anstieg über den Strietwald nach Glattbach geht.
Man solle hiefür schon etwas Laufkondition haben.
Es geht dann weiter den Glattbacher Wald hinunter, durch Glattbach und über Radweg wieder nach Aschaffenburg.
Noch eine kleine Runde über den Strietwald und wieder zum Main hinuter zum Ausgangspunkt.

Von Kleinostheim kommend direkt nach der Einfahrt von Aschaffenburg
(Mo-Treff) geht es Rechts den Schlotfegergrund hinab zum Main.
