Immer noch im gewaltigen Dachsteinmassiv unterwegs, linker Hand den Gosaukamm, taucht schon bald die bekannte Bischofsmütze (2.458m) auf. Hat man erst einmal den Anstieg zum Stuhlloch bewältigt, wird der Weg gemütlicher und man erreicht die Abzweigung zur Hofpürglhütte, die zur Rast einlädt. Über Almböden und durch Wald geht es dann hinunter in das Lammertal.
