Auf der B6N die Abfahrt Wernigerode Zentrum abfahren und dann in Richtung Schierke quer durch die Stadt fahren. Auf der Friedrichstraße Augen aufhalten bis stadtauswärts auf der linken Seite der große Parkplatz der Fachhochschule Harz zu finden ist. Genügend Platz zum Parken und für die Tourenvorbereitung. Im Hochsommer findet man je nach Wunsch auch ein schattiges Plätzchen fürs Auto.:)
