Eine Tagesfahrt von Münster zum Niederrhein, zunächst nach Westen mit dem (schönen) Ziel Xanten. Von dort aus geht es in südlicher Richtung nach Mönchengladbach.
Die Strecke verläuft meist auf wenig befahrenen Nebenstrecken. Die letzten 30 Kilometer auf schlechten Radwegen an Bundesstrasse, hier kann man vielleicht noch bessere Routen finden.
