Die komplett beschilderte 5 km lange Laufstrecke führt ohne nennenswerte Steigungen zur Hälfte auf Feldwegen, zur Hälfte auf Straßen und teilweise durch Kellergassen.
Auch der Rundwanderweg (www.gps-tour.info/de/touren/detail.70445.html) und die dort angeführten Anschlusswege eignen sich hervorragend als Laufstrecke für Sportler die ihre Kondition und Beinmuskulatur auch mit Steigungen und Gefällen trainieren wollen.
