Kleine Trainingsrunde um in kurzer Zeit ein paar Höhenmeter zu fahren.
Optimal um einen langen Anstieg zu trainieren. Von Ebertsheim geht es ziemlich steil bis auf den höchsten Punkt auf dem Grünstadter Berg. Danach schöne Panorama Strecke mit Sicht über die Rheinebene.
Durch den Stadtpark gehts rasant bis runter nach Asselheim unddann nochmal alles geben und zurück nach Kindenheim.
