Eine schöne Runde von Bamenohl über die Reper Höhe zur Waldenburger Bucht an der Biggetalsperre. Von dort gehts weiter durchs Eckenbachtal nach Roscheid. Hier gibts einen schönen Biergarten zum Ausruhen. Dann über Windhausen Vierkreuzen Hüllschotten Finnentrop zurück nach Bamenohl. Man hat einen tollen Blick übers Sauerland und die Biggetalsperre, da es fast nur über die Höhe geht.
