Vom Wanderparkplatz in Horressen geht es erst mal hoch zu Alarmstange. Ab hier heißt es für die nächsten km "Kette rechts". Es geht bergab bis runter kurt vor Vallendar (Parkplatz Bembermühle). Von hier führt der weg an der Mühle vorbei Richtung Höhr-Grenzhausen und dann das Flürchen hoch. Dann nochmal runter zum Köppelparkplatz und von hier zurück Richtung Ausgangspunkt (den Köppel habe ich mir bei der Aufzeichnung absichtlich gespart)
