Von Regensburg über den Dultplatz Richtung Adlerberg zum Prösslbräu an der Donau entlang.
Von dort aus gehts Richtung Eterzhausen auf Schotter durch den Wald wo auch gute Trails zu finden sind.
An der Naab entlang Richtung Toyota Ederer und dan den Berg hoch Richtung Nittendorf.
Nittendorf aus dan über Schönhofen nach Sinzing und wieder nach Regensburg.
