Vom Landgasthof zum Hirschenstein rechts den Weg5 Ri Rettenbach weiter vorbei am Dachsberg u. Schullandheim bis St. Englmar. Ab hier der MTB Tour Nr.54 folgen bis zum Gasthaus Hinterwies. Von hier Abstecher auf den Pröllergipfel.Danach über den Beringer Berg nach Münschs-höfen weiter nach Ramersdorf hier links nach Schwaben bei der Distelbergkapelle rechts auf der Forststraße bis Hammer, rechts über die Holzbrücke nach Reichsdorf, Viechtach. Auf dem Pfahlriegel vorbei an Pfahl hinauf nach Eging,Schweinberg,Leuthen bei der Zahrmühle rechts nach Mehlbach,Winterlehen,Sickerühle,Maierhof,Täublmühle,
Wetterstein,Markbuchen,ab Sankt Englmar wieder auf dem Weg Nr.5 zum Parkplatz.
