Die Tour beginnt in Anrath und führt Richtung Süd-Osten in Richtung der Kohlekraftwerke von Allrath / Neurath. Von dort aus wendet sich die Streckenführung Richtung Westen bis nach Jülich bzw. Aldenhoven. Hier wurde eine Tankstelle angesteuert um den Getränkevorrat aufzufüllen und stellt gleichzeitig den Wendepunkt der Tour dar. Von hier aus ging es dann Richtung Nord-Osten über Hücklehoven und Wegberg um Mönchengladbach herum zurück nach Anrath.
