Gestartet wird in Niederheimbach und es geht gleich knackig hoch 4,5km lang auf knapp 600hm. Unterhalb vom Franzosenkopf gehts wieder talwärts ind einer Schleife wieder in Richtung 7-Burgen-Blick. Dort geht´s links Richtung Trchtingshausen und danach hoch zur Lauschhütte. Dort weiter in Richtung Emmerichshütte. Vor dem Kandrich nochmal den Ausblick genießen und schon rauscht ihr abwärts nach Ober- bzw. Niederheimbach.
