Die Tour startet bei schönem Wetter in Hagen-Wehringhausen und führt über Hohenlimburg, Letmathe nach Iserlohn. Von dort über einen netten Radweg nach Hemer. Wir biegen ab Richtung Stephanopeler Tal. Sehr schöne Landschaft. Hoch und runter mit immer wieder schönen Aussichten. Ein großer Bogen südlich des Sorpesee Richtung Sundern. Über den Ochsenberg Richtung Arnsberg, Neheim-Hüsten (Hier mampfen) und wieder weiter pedalieren. Zurück noch ein wenig über die Zabel-Runde und Richtung Schwerte nach Hagen... Straßen sind teils super, aber manchmal gibt es auch nicht so gute Beläge. Sehr schöne Runde ;-)))
