Wie der Titel schon sagt, 2 mal von verschiedenen Seiten hoch auf die Hohe Buche.
Der erste Anstieg geht über Mündershausen/Schuriansquelle auf den "Gipfel" und abwärts bis kurz vor Lüdersdorf. Von dort die "Sommerseite" bis oben hin.
Der Downhill ist dann sehr steil, schottrig in den Kurven und mit Können dann sehr schnell.
