Beginn er Tour ist in Ebensee im Rindbachtal. Beim Sendemasten vorbei zu einer überhängenden Felswand und weiter zur Spitzelsteinalm. Dann über eine Wiese und einen Waldkamm hinauf zum Gipfel. Den Waldkamm gibt es seit den Stürmen in den letzten Jahren nicht mehr, man muß über liegende Bäume steigen.
