Landschaftlich eine wunderschöne Tour, beginnend in Windischgarsten, dann Richtung Wurbaukogel, auf Forststr. bei Kreuzung dann rechts weg, rel. weit rauf, bis zu einer Stelle, an der man parken kann.
Die ersten 500 HM nicht steil u. dafür weit. Erst auf den Gipfel dann die restl. 300 HM etwas steiler.
Zu beachten ist, dass, wenn man die Tour so macht, wie hier beschrieben, dann muss man ein Auto in einem anderen Tal abstellen, denn die wunderschöne, lange Abfahrt erfolgt auf der anderen Seite des Berges u. so auch die Ankunft. Etwas kompliziert, aber es zahlt sich aus.
Wir hatten herrlichen Sonnenschein u. Pulverschnee - einfach traumhaft.
