Die Rundstrecke führt über die Freiflächen/ Felder rund um das Haingut. Durch den Skiclub Olbernhau werden bei ausreichend Schnee eine Loipe und eine parallel verlaufende Skatingspur gepflegt, die kostenlos benutzt werden können.
Man kann die Runde auch abkürzen und sich die Schleife paralell zum Königs-/ Hainweg sparen. Dann ist die Strecke nur 2.1 km lang.
