Von Bamenohl geht es zunächst durch den Dumberg zur Kläranlage Heggen. Nun immer oberhalb des Ahauser Stausees mit tollen Ausblicken. Ein kurzer knackiger Anstieg bis oberhalb Forsthaus Dahm. Weiter geht es über einen kleinen Pfad unterhalb schöner Felsen und anschließend über breite Forstwege bis zur Burg Schnellenberg. Nun bergauf durch hohe Laubwälder bis zum X-Weg. Darauf bis zum Dünscheder Kopf, längst Silbecke und durch den Dumberg zurück nach Bamenohl.
