Ausgangspunkt Bad Oeynhausen, von dort auf dem Else-Werre-Radweg in westlicher Richtung vorbei an Kirchlengern und Bünde. Überquerung des Wiehengebirges, dann in östlicher Richtung vorbei an Rödinghausen zurück nach Bad Oeynhausen. Wunderschöne Landschaft mit mehreren ausgeschilderten Radrouten, darunter die Mühlenroute und die Wellnessroute. Die Überquerung des Wiehengebirges fordert schon ein wenig Kondition.
