Der Beginn der kleinen Runde um die Kreisstadt Neustadt an der Waldnaab könnte bei der Freizeitanlage sein, da dort genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Stadt wird dabei im engsten möglichen Umkreis umfahren.
Die Tour verläuft größtenteils auf breiten Wegen. Es sind nur kurze Straßenstücke dabei.
