    Von Oy- Mittelberg am Grüntensee vorbei und bergauf in Richtung Haslacheralpe. Über die Stubentalape ins Vilstal zur Kälberhofalpe und von dort bergauf / bergab Richtung Schattwald. Nun durchs Tannheimer Tal zum Haldensee und am Parkplatz vorbei, bergauf zur Gappenfeldalpe. Zurück zum Haldensee und über Grän nach Pfronten. Von dort über Nesselwang - Haslach - Oy zum Ausgangspunkt nach Mittelberg.

    teilweise schöne Streckenabschnitte, leider kommt nach dem langen letzten Anstieg keine tolle Hütte und man fährt den selben Weg wieder zurück.
    Am Ende ziehts sichs ein bischen mit viel Straße.
